Our Warranty

Peace of Mind

At Aho Construction, our philosophy is that we do things right the first time around, and we have a team of subcontractors who feel the same way. Should a problem arise with your new home, we stand ready to make things right.

One of the many important advantages of owning an Aho Construction home is our Limited One-Year Warranty covering all material and workmanship defects, which is in addition to the manufacturer’s warranties on individual products. We also provide a 2-10 Home Buyer’s Warranty.  This provides two periods of coverage: the “2” represents two years’ coverage for all major systems, which includes plumbing, electrical, Heating/Air Conditioning systems, and more, and the “10” represents 10 years of coverage for all structural defects.  See the interactive diagram below for an understanding of how the 2-10 Warranty works.  Or watch the video on YouTube that explains the benefits of the 2-10 Home Warranty.

Should you have a problem, we are here to help.

Owners of existing Aho Construction homes can request warranty assistance by visiting our warranty request page under Contact Us.
