Your Aho salesperson will help you identify your perfect home plan, the best available lot and the community that meets your housing needs.  You may reserve your lot for up to 30 days with a refundable deposit.


 

If you take stock in your finances and get prequalified for a loan, you will know what houses and options you can afford.  Aho can recommend a lender or you can work with our own.*  You and your lender will discuss how much money you want or need to borrow and your elegibility for various loan types, (Ask our trusted lenders about special incentive and programs)


 

Consider your options, such as cabinetry, flooring, coutertops and colors and your Aho salesperson will price your home. A contract will then be signed and Aho will forward it to an escrow company and you will submit your new home contract to your lender for approval confirmation. When you are ready to purchase your new home Aho will request a building deposit.  


 

When your loan is approved and buidling deposit has been received, Aho will apply for a building permit (this takes 1-30 days, depending on the jurisdiction)  Your new home will be ready 60-90 days after lumber is delivered to your lot.


 

Aho will notify you and your lender of a completion date allowing ample time for your lender to draw up papers and for you to prepare to move into your new home.  Your lender will order an appraisal.


 

 

You will sign closing papers at an escrow or title company.


 

 

Keys are available upon recording of the deed.
